General Info

The booth:

The AFV [Alternative Fuel Vehicle] Expo area. We are near the Northwest corner of the Redwood Stage.
Schedule:
Leave 8am Friday, in an ideal world pick up juice at Santa Rosa Coop and arrive by about 10am, may or may not be able to get vehicle in -- if fall behind schedule, then unload booth first, and get juice later.
Booth officially open noon-5 or 7pm Friday
10am-5 or 7pm Sat and Sun. Note that I've heard different hours from different sources! Check in Sunday evening to find out when we are packing up, since I've heard times between 5pm and 9pm from different sources (note that the hours at the bottom of this post, from a previous letter,
don't match what I've heard more recently.)
** If you want tickets held for you, please confirm with Stephen when you will be arriving, and which days you will be putting in at least a four hour shift, and anything else I need to know, such as preferred schedules --- ideal way is to post on this website before 10pm Thursday.
Volunteer Roles for Harmony Festival:
Bottom-liner: (currently Stephen, hoping for someone to learn the ropes)
There are probably 3 free tickets; serious/committed volunteers needed.
** Shifts should be two hours long, starting at 10am, going till 6pm (Stephen may keep booth open later but can handle that.) Write in your prefered shift, or be assigned. Let's make sure there's someone at the booth at all times, preferably two.

I believe that night tickets are extra ($37 each) [last year we had two everything-included, and two day passes], camping extra, we may be able to get deals as sponsors at the last minute... the rules seem to keep changing. I'm willing to help fund very serious volunteers, espec people who'll help from start to finish and make themselves part of a team.
Load In:

All cars must be off the lot by 9:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS
SECURITY WILL NOT ALLOW ENTRANCE TO ANY SPONSOR ARRIVING AFTER 9:00 A.M. ON FRIDAY.

No cars will be allowed on the field until foot traffic has been cleared. Vehicle re-entry estimated for 9:00 p.m. but please be patient, as security needs to clear the roads.
