You will have two private bedrooms, your OWN bathroom and full kitchen, 3 fireplaces, internet & HOT TUB! Separate entrance. No parties. No instant booking. We screen our guests as we live upstairs with our kids. You and your guests will have access to our spacious and bright basement apartment which has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with two beds in each. Each room has its own fireplace and the living room has a 55” TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, Crave and Amazon Prime. The living room also has a chair that converts into a single bed, if you wish to use this space as a third bedroom at night. The home has central A/C and heat. You will have your own separate entrance. We live upstairs with two older kids and you will hear us during the day. There will be no noise during the night.
