How do I change my email?
To update the email address on your Space Share account:
- Go to Account settings from your profile menu
- Click Edit next to your email address
- Enter the new address and your current password
- Click Save
We'll send a confirmation link to your new address — your email isn't changed until you click that link. Until then, you'll continue to sign in with your old email.
A few things to know:
- Active bookings, messages, and your booking history aren't affected
- Your identity verification status carries over
- If you signed up with Google or Apple, your email is managed by that provider — change it there first, then sign in to Space Share to refresh the link
Lost access to your old email and can't sign in? Email support@spaceshare.ca from any address and include your full name and the city you book in.
