How do I reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling moves your booking to new dates without cancelling it.
- Open the booking from Trips
- Click Change booking → Reschedule
- Pick new dates and times
- Submit
The host reviews the new dates against their calendar. If the new dates are available and they accept, your booking simply moves — no extra charge unless the new dates are at a higher rate.
If the host has already incurred costs (deposits, staff, supplies) for your original dates, they may keep part of the original payment. The cancellation terms on your listing explain exactly what's refundable when.
Need a same-day reschedule? Message the host directly first — they may be able to accommodate before the request expires.
