How do reviews work?

After every booking, both you and the host can leave a public review and a private note to each other.

• Reviews open immediately after checkout and close 14 days later
• Both reviews stay hidden until both sides submit, or the 14-day window closes — so neither side can be influenced by the other
• You can rate the space on accuracy, cleanliness, communication, value, and overall
• Public review text is limited to 1,000 characters and must follow community guidelines (no personal attacks, no off-topic content)

You can edit your review for up to 48 hours after publishing. Reported reviews are removed within 24 hours if they violate guidelines.

Long, specific reviews help future guests far more than star ratings alone — mention the host, the lighting, parking, anything that genuinely shaped your experience.
