What is the Guest Guarantee?
Every booking on Space Share is covered by the Guest Guarantee. If a host cancels last-minute or the space is materially different from the listing (wrong size, missing key amenities, unsafe conditions), we'll:
- Help you find a comparable replacement space at the same price
- Or refund you in full — including the service fee
- Cover up to $500 toward a more expensive replacement if no equivalent space is available within 6 hours of your start time
To claim, contact support through the booking's Help thread within 24 hours of the issue and include photos or video. We aim to resolve every claim within one business day.
